Dosage and intake
Take 1 capsule daily in the morning and evening.
The capsules can also be taken at another time without any problems. If you have problems swallowing the capsule, the contents can be stirred into water or a meal.
Important notes: The recommended intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers, people with kidney failure or taking antidepressants at the same time. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a dry place at room temperature. Take one capsule daily with a glass of water. Ideally on an empty stomach in the morning, but it can also be taken at another time without any problem.
If you have trouble swallowing the capsule, it can be carefully opened and the contents stirred into water or yogurt as an alternative.

What happens in my body when taking Dailybacs® Men?
Taking Dailybacs® Men may initially cause a short adjustment period as the gut microbiome adapts to the new ingredients. During this time, mild side effects such as bloating, stomach rumbling, or a feeling of fullness may occur, which usually subside quickly.
If symptoms persist for more than two weeks, we recommend consulting a doctor. With regular use, the body becomes accustomed to the high-quality bacterial strains and fiber.
Why can I only order a pack with a subscription and not with a one-time purchase?
The mybacs® products are designed to be taken long-term.

Which products are not compatible with Brainbacs?
The Brainbacs can be safely combined with all mybacs® products, and such a combination is considered sensible.
The combination with medications should be carefully reviewed. Concurrent use with other supplements containing high amounts of L-Tryptophan or 5-HTP is not recommended, as this can lead to excessive stimulation of the serotonin system. Caution is also advised when taking antidepressants or other psychotropic drugs simultaneously, especially those that affect the serotonergic metabolism (e.g., SSRIs, MAO inhibitors). In rare cases, this can lead to unwanted interactions such as the so-called serotonin syndrome.
If you are taking such medications or are unsure, we strongly recommend discussing the combination in advance with your treating physician.
